Lets rewind a little…
Alan had just returned from two years travelling and “working” in Australia. Andy was slowly getting frustrated with the heavily saturated wedding photography market, when a writer pal asked him to film a documentary, as he knew his way round a camera. Never before having filmed anything of importance, Andy jumped at the chance. It was an hour long series of interviews with current and ex-Morton F.C. players and management. There was a need for some aerial footage of Cappielow Park as B-roll for the film, knowing Alan was fully licensed by the CAA for commercial drone operations and had just returned from Oz, Andy got in touch and they both completed the film together, which is still available on YouTube.
During this time together they spoke briefly on how they could offer a more luxury style of wedding film than what was already out there. They arranged a night out, sank several pints of Peroni and the next day launched Tall Tale Films.
